Refund Policy
1. Nature of our services
All topseocopywrite services are custom digital deliverables. Work begins promptly after payment confirmation.
2. Cancellation within 24 hours
If you cancel in writing within 24 hours of payment and before briefing begins, you are entitled to a full refund.
3. After work starts
Once briefing or research begins, refunds are issued pro-rata: total fee minus completed work value, calculated in good faith.
4. Completed deliverables
No refunds for delivered copy once accepted. Acceptance occurs when the Client approves the final deliverable or fails to raise written objections within 7 days of delivery.
5. Copy quality disputes
If delivered copy does not meet the agreed brief, we correct it at no charge. Changed preferences after delivery are not grounds for refunds.
6. EU consumer rights
EU consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right. For digital services commenced with explicit consent and acknowledgment, this right is waived on commencement. By purchasing you confirm your agreement.
